Penny Rosenblum

I have been a teacher of students with visual impairments (TVI) since 1986. I worked preparing TVIs for 25 years. Currently I own my own company, Vision for Independence, and do research and work on projects. I'm one of the team members for Project INSPIRE. Our materials are available on Paths to Literacy. I have low vision and live in Tucson, Arizona.
