Modifying And Labeling Items For The Blind And Visually Impaired

Braille Only Alphabet Stickers

Being blind myself, I have found a product that comes in handy for both blind and visually impaired children. The product is from MaxiAids and is called Braille Alphabet Stickers and comes with 676 alphabet stickers. Although they are called "Braille Only " they have a raised embossed alphabet letter as well as the corresponding braille letter under it. They can be very useful in labelling different items or even just introducing braille to a newly blind child and are tactile. They can also be used on items to distinguish between two things, for example putting a letter S on a bottle of shampoo, and a C on a bottle of conditioner. They have many uses and can be used by children andĀ adults alike.
