Exercise Cards in Braille and Print

Two boys doing push-ups in the living room

I am the mother of two boys: Liam, Deafblind, age 10, and Finn, typical vision and hearing, age 7.  We are starting week five of work/school at home, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.   I created these exercise cards for the days we are not able to get outside because of weather. The boys take turns picking a card and we all do the exercise on the card together.  They love them!  We have been adding more cards as we go along too.
