Tactile Sign for Children Who Are Deafblind

A Mom's Musings most recent blog post is titled:  Deaf/Deafblind Communication:  Whatever Works! and advocates the use of Total Communication.  She discusses the fact that she often hears about "signing vs. speech" and encourages people to use total communication, in which both speech and sign are used.  Each child is different and needs to have an array of options.
