The text in this story introduce young readers to a range of tactile experiences, such as bumpy, smooth, crunchy, etc. Envelopes on the pages can be filled with real objects. Students enjoy finding the objects (not included) and can also be given a set of objects and asked to decide which one goes in the “bumpy” envelope, and so on.
This book is part of the "On the Way to Literacy" series and has real objects and textures.
