Dynamic Learning Maps: Essential Elements for English Language Arts are designed to create a bridge for students with significant multiple disabilities to the academic expectations of the Common Core State Standards for ELA. By identifying the essential elements in each standard, teachers can align the goals for their students with the CCSS. The Essential Elements enable educators to track meaningful learning objectives for students with the most significant cognitive challenges.
