This fact sheet is designed to guide families through the development of an individualized education program (IEP) for a child with deaf-blindness. Developed by the Statewide Parent Advocacy Network in collaboration with the Perkins School for the Blind (2011), it references both the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Deafblindness: Educational Service Guidelines.
